Diane has over 30 years of experience in the addictions and counseling field. She has a passion for and an innate belief that people can learn, grow and change. This has been reiterated in her work as a counselor in private practice as well as in working in various agency settings. She has shared her extensive experience by teaching and supervising others working towards licensure in professional counseling and addiction work. She taught counseling skills to students at Colorado Technical University, serving as an adjunct professor for a year.
She served on the National Mental Health Disaster Team with the Red Cross and was a First Responder to the World Trade Center Incident. She was awarded the Medal of Valor for her work at the World Trade Center.

Sandhya Kutty Falls, MA, LPCC is a licensed professional counselor candidate in the state of Colorado.
She has worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families in such varied environments as NIH-funded clinics, research settings, and private practice. She believes the client is the expert in their own journey and sees herself as a guide on the client’s pathway to self-acceptance and true happiness. Her treatment interventions are all evidence-based, which means they’re backed by scientific research.
While Sandhya does not accept insurance, she does take HSA cards and offer a sliding scale fee for those clients who face financial hardship.
