About Us

Diane Craft, LPC, CAC III is a licensed professional counselor and addictions specialist in the state of Colorado.

Diane has over 30 years of experience in the addictions and counseling field. She has a passion for and an innate belief that people can learn, grow and change.  This has been reiterated in her work as a counselor in private practice as well as in working in various agency settings.  She has shared her extensive experience by teaching and supervising others working towards licensure in professional counseling and addiction work. She taught counseling skills to students at Colorado Technical University, serving as an adjunct professor for a year.

She served on the National Mental Health Disaster Team with the Red Cross and was a First Responder to the World Trade Center Incident.  She was awarded the Medal of Valor for her work at the World Trade Center.

Diane accepts most insurance plans.

Specialties: Grief work, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Diane works with diverse client populations with a focus on adults and adolescents. She offers both individual and group counseling modalities.

Victoria Fleischmann, LPC, NBCCH is a licensed professional counselor and certified hypnotherapist in the state of Colorado.

In her counseling practice, she is guided by what is best for her clients.  She brings her qualifications into the session, but she also provides caring, support and a feeling of hope for her clients and their families that their future will be closer to their goals and dreams.

Sandhya Kutty Falls, MA, LPCC is a licensed professional counselor candidate in the state of Colorado.

She has worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families in such varied environments as NIH-funded clinics, research settings, and private practice. She believes the client is the expert in their own journey and sees herself as a guide on the client’s pathway to self-acceptance and true happiness. Her treatment interventions are all evidence-based, which means they’re backed by scientific research.

While Sandhya does not accept insurance, she does take HSA cards and offer a sliding scale fee for those clients who face financial hardship.

Specialties: Adolescents and adults suffering from mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder, etc.), anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, etc.), and self-esteem issues. Sandhya also specializes in working with adults with relationship difficulties and adolescents dealing with gender and sexual identity issues.

My name is Felicia Millikan. I received my B.A. from Colorado State University in Psychology. I have a passion and desire to help others. From a young age, I saw my own therapist and she made such an impact on my life. I want to be able to impact others in the way that she impacted me.

I am currently in my Masters Degree program at Adams State University on the Clinical Mental Health track. I look forward to my journey in becoming a licensed counselor and my journey with my future clients.
